Bright Andoh is a PhD student and Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability at the University of Oklahoma, working under the supervision of Dr. Michael Wimberly. His research focuses on integrating remote sensing and GIS with key spatial variables to examine the spatiotemporal patterns of urban heat islands. This approach advances a multifaceted strategy that guides effective, evidence-based, and targeted interventions against climate vulnerabilities. His broader research interests encompass spatial and statistical analysis, land use dynamics, environmental sustainability and resilience, and urban development.
