Research Interests

Natalie Cross is a master’s student in the Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability at the University of Oklahoma, advised by Dr. Michael Wimberly. She hopes to expand her GIS skills and enhance her knowledge of science communication while at OU. Her interests include ecology, manifestations of climate change in the natural world, environmental justice, geospatial analysis, data visualization, and biodiversity conservation. Natalie is undecided about her work plans post-graduation, but is considering both academia and industry-based jobs in GIS or conservation.
